Semiconductor Packaging Material

IC Tube Material

A semiconductor IC tube is a plastic tube that is used to package and ship integrated circuits (ICs). The tube provides protection from electrostatic discharge (ESD), which can damage ICs. The tube is also clear, so that the ICs can be easily identified and inspected.

IC tubes are typically made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET). They are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate different types and sizes of ICs.
